Fantastic value, room was luxurious, staff were nice. The pool was amazing and I had local drinks in the outdoor bar. I could park the car onsite.
Ordered breakfast, it was limited, it should be better, really.

apartments are very large and comfortable, rooms are clean and large, near the center and beach (10 min walk), friendly staff and very nice pool area.
The breakfast, although varied, should improve the offer of healthier food such as more variety of fruits and better quality breads, coffee could be machine made and some vegetable milk could also be offered. In the swimming pool there is a beautiful and quiet area to read or have a drink, but in spite of having a bar and offering bar service, there was no one there.

The decoration of the hotel, I personally find it spectacular. White, black, glass, mirror and marble. I've read around that it's old-fashioned but I still love everything. The apartment is super-broad. The views are great. The beds, at least mine, I found very comfortable and I loved the bedding. The pool is very original as it seems to be surrounded by ice. Very cool and very nice the terrace. The bar is also beautiful like the rest of the hotel. Some of the girls who have attended us have been very nice and helpful but in general the staff is just right.
bathrooms and kitchen would certainly admit a reform, especially the bathroom. It looks very used and I think I would gain a lot if they changed the taps and updated the floor and tiles. I thought the food was not suitable for a hotel of this category. Practically all the fish, meat and fried food is frozen and not of very good quality. menu at 30 euros without drinks seems to me very expensive for what they give and dinner buffet, repetitive and not much to eat well. If we come back some day we will only hire accommodation.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment felt cute and home-like. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens with waterfalls.
Breakfast choices could be improved.

The complex is excellent, and the 2 bedrooms apartment on high floor is what we deserve and enjoy. The complex is located a bit far from the beach (15-20 minutes walk) but the Hotel is luxurious and deliver all you need for a relaxing journey. The pool is amazing and the exterior design is excellent

Beautiful pool area, unique quirky decor, spacious family suites
The air conditioning was inadequate, especially during the warmer months!!! The gym is cramped and poorly equipped. Plus, the parking fees are quite steep for those relying on vehicles!!! Improvements are essential in these areas.

We are reasonably well travelled and would say this one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The view of the gardens ,pool and fountains is breathtaking .Un fortunately it is someway from the beach front but this reflected in the price,as such it represents fantastic value for money!

Very distinctive hotel with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service. Theming is a bit whacky, but it doesn't take itself too seriously and so is great fun for families.
Wifi didn't work in our room - possibly we were too far from Reception. Had to make my own tea at breakfast using tepid water from coffee machines and one cup tea bags in small coffee mugs. OK, so guess what - I'm English so that matters to me ;-). Oh, and there was no fresh milk to put in it, just that horrible long life stuff. Having said that, I don't mind some sacrifices in order to enjoy different experiences, so I'm only offering this feedback to provide some areas for inexpensive improvement to the hotel.
